Every class is tailored to meet you exactly where you are at in your pregnancy Yoga can help you on so many levels and in my classes, you get the benefit of other modalities designed to bring calm and peace for your pregnancy, labour and birth.
Gentle stretching and strengthening to support your back, hips, and pelvic floor so you can move more comfortably throughout your day.
Learn simple breathing, relaxation, and grounding techniques you can use any time, especially on restless nights or before birth.
Explore yoga positions, breath work, and visualisations that can support you during labour and birth, whether you’re planning a home or hospital birth.

Each 75-minute class weaves together movement using Chair and Hatha Yoga, breath, and relaxation, with clear options for all trimesters and energy levels.
Week 1: Introduction to Pregnancy Yoga - finding ease in your changing body. This week we will start with Chair Yoga
Week 2: Breathwork for Pregnancy Labour and Birth. Breathwork is amazing for its calming qualities. We will use a mix of breathwork during the 6 weeks.
Week 3: The stages of labour - Building gentle strength for bump and beyond. Enjoy a mix of Chair and Hatha Yoga.
Week 4: Topic is Pain Management. Relax into your Chair & Hatha Yoga
Week 5: The Hospital Bag and your comfort tools ! Chair Yoga.
Week 6: Birth, learn the Birth Axis - Vedic hand gestures for support

Includes: live weekly sessions, recordings for 7 weeks and a cosy and private Pregnancy Yoga Community group for questions between classes. This is also where your classes will be held ! You will have free access to the 🌹Womb & Bloom Posts and Chat.

If you’re pregnant, and 14 weeks or over in your pregnancy, and craving a gentle mix of movement, breathwork, calming visualisations, and reassurance, then you’re in the right place !
Let me gently guide you, I have a wealth of experience not only in Yoga but in other modalities too, that will help and guide you.
Most mums-to-be join at 14 weeks onwards, once they have the all-clear from their midwife or doctor. You’re welcome any time after that, right up until your due date—as long as your doctor is happy for you to attend.
Not at all. I have designed this class with complete beginners in mind. I’ll offer clear, simple options and lots of breaks. If you already practise yoga, you’ll enjoy pregnancy-safe variations and a slower, more nurturing pace.
A yoga mat, a firm cushion or pillow, a blanket, and ideally two yoga blocks (or thick books). Ensure you also have a sturdy chair nearby (no wheels), if you have a tennis ball or any small hard ball, that would be good. At some point we will add in light weights (a tin of beans willl do!). Wear something soft and stretchy that lets you move freely. Bare feet are perfect.
Life (and pregnancy) happens. Every live session is recorded and available until the end of term, so you can catch up in your own time. Also, feel free to revisit your favourites whenever you need a little extra calm. The visualisations are also available in the Resources section.
Always check with your midwife or doctor first. When you sign up, you’ll complete a short health form so I can suggest tailored options. I’ll always invite you to skip anything that doesn’t feel right and we’ll keep communication open throughout the course.
These classes will be held in a private Pregnancy Yoga Hub, a group within my 🌹Womb & Bloom Community. Signing up for the class also gives you access to my 🌹Womb & Bloom Posts and Chat community space, at no extra cost. The Pregnancy Yoga Hub can be accessed from your mobile, tablet or desktop.
You will have access to the Pregnancy Yoga Hub and your classes for another week, at which time your access will be removed. You will still have acess to 🌹Womb & Bloom Posts and Chat community.
There is nothing I would love more than to continue on this journey with you. All you will need to do is sign up again and access will be restored.
