The Treatment

Developed by award winning Ziggie Bergman, the treatment combines traditional facial reflexology methods, ancient healing techniques from Native American shamans using sacred healing herbs, Asian body mapping and crystals.

If you have Botox, fillers, thread lifts, or any other cosmetic facial enhancements, you must inform Catherine before the session.

Gua Sha tools, facial cups, and rollers may not be suitable for use on areas with recent or active cosmetic treatments.

Avoid direct pressure on treated areas to prevent displacement of fillers, bruising, or other complications.

It is your responsibility to confirm with your cosmetic practitioner whether these tools can be safely used on your skin.

General Skin Sensitivity:

If you have sensitive skin, rosacea, eczema, open wounds, or active breakouts, consult a healthcare professional before using facial tools.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual reactions during or after the session.

Tool Usage & Technique:

Gua Sha, facial cups, and rollers should be used gently and correctly to avoid injury.

Improper use (e.g., excessive pressure, incorrect angles) may cause bruising, irritation, or damage.

Follow Catherine’s guidance during live sessions, but you are responsible for how you apply these tools on your own skin.

Medical Conditions:

If you have blood clotting disorders, severe skin conditions, or are on blood-thinning medications, avoid using these tools unless approved by a doctor.

Pregnancy: Some techniques may not be advisable—consult your healthcare provider.

Liability Waiver:

Catherine Rutherford Soul Therapies is not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or complications arising from the use of Gua Sha tools, facial cups, or rollers during or after Zone Face Lift sessions.

Insurance Claims:

While Zone Face Lift (Facial Reflexology) may be claimable on Private Health Insurance, it is your responsibility to: Confirm coverage with your insurer (VHI, Laya, Aviva, etc.). Submit receipts correctly. Ensure your treatment is eligible under your policy. Zone Face Lift using Facial Reflexology is what will be on your receipt.
